The most frequent reason for this is that the video was not downloaded completely before it was viewed. To download the file again, click on the “My Account” link located at the top of the Lifeway.com homepage.
Sign In using your E-mail Address and Password.
On the Account Management page select “Order History”. From the Order History page you can re-download previously purchased digital content from the new Lifeway.com site.
Also on the Account Management page you can select “My Downloads”. This will allow you to lookup older purchases of digital content that was purchased on the old Lifeway.com site or the old Lifeway Stores.com site.
Once you have located the correct Receipt page, RIGHT-click on the ‘Right-click Here & Save’ link. Then LEFT-click the ‘Save Target As’ or ‘Save Link As’ option to download the file to your computer (make a note of where the file is being saved to so you can find it easily later). That’s it! Just repeat the steps for each of the files you ordered.
