Usually if you get errors when trying to display a PDF file, you need to upgrade or update your Adobe Reader (even if you have the latest version). Most of the time when customers experience a similar issue, reinstalling the program fixes it. Navigate to www.adobe.com and follow the links to download the latest version of Adobe Reader.
