You can still be part of a Bible study experience you will love. Check on these options:
•First, check with your church to see if they have scheduled a particular study group in the near future. If the study you are interested in is not scheduled soon, suggest the idea to your minister of education, women’s ministry leader, or pastor. If the church staff can secure a facilitator and purchase the leader kit, your church could offer this as a group study option, and then you could be part of that small group.
•Second, you could check with other local churches to see if they are offering this study. You could participate in one of their groups. If that doesn’t work, I would also suggest talking to someone at your local Baptist association to see if they know where this study is being held in your area. Sometimes, local associational offices own a copy of the leader kit that you could check out.
•Third, you can check Beth’s Living Proof Ministries Web site, where many churches are posting their Bible study information. See if there is a church in your area that is offering this study:
www.lproof.org/NewBibleStudyView.aspx
•Finally, you can choose to participate in one of Lifeway’s online Beth Moore Bible studies, created especially with individuals in mind. “Believing God” is Beth’s first online study at www.Lifeway.com/BelievingGod . The second course, “Living Beyond Yourself,” is now available at www.Lifeway.com/LBY . All study material (video/audio teaching sessions, downloadable homework, listening guides, Bible study tools, and an online discussion group) are available when you enroll (you can purchase your enrollment online with your debit or credit card). With the online studies, you are free to study at your own pace.
