Why do we have more than one site (address) to ship to on the Internet?

April 24, 2020 by Customer Service

Each customer has a statement account for billing purposes. Because we generally ship orders via UPS (which requires a street address for delivery), churches with a PO Box number for billing purposes will have separate ship to sites for shipping. These sites will allow an order to be shipped to one address and still be billed to the church. Often ship to sites have c/o of a person, a class name, or a department name. This allows for easier distribution of resources once they reach the church.
