What is a PIN? Do I need one?

April 24, 2020 by Customer Service

A PIN is a Personal Identification Number. It is used to help identify Lifeway Christian Resources accounts.

PINs are only assigned to churches or organizations which already have a Lifeway charge account.

To request a PIN for an existing Lifeway account complete the short form : doe.Lifeway.com/ic/signup/signup.asp

Individuals do not need a PIN for online ordering.
