What does a Billing Manager do for my church account?

The billing manager(s) for your church account is responsible for making online payments on behalf of your church account, saves and manages bank account information used for online pay, and pays bills online with an online bank account. It is very similar in role to an admin but cannot add or remove people for the church account.
