No, please do not mail the packing slip with your payment. Our Customer Accounts Department will mail a separate Invoice. Please wait on the Invoice and make your payment using the Invoice. This will ensure that your payment reaches us in an accurate and timely manner.
You can also view/ print invoices and monthly statements and make online payments using a bank account on my.Lifeway.com. Just sign in on Lifeway.com and go to Manage Account.
