First, go to the order menu at www.Lifeway.com/ChurchOrdering/home
You will then be prompted to log in using an email address and password. If you have never registered your email address, you will need to do so by clicking www.Lifeway.com/ChurchOrdering/registration. Here you will be prompted to register. You will then need your church “statement” account number and PIN. If you do not have a PIN, you will need to request a PIN using the account information. Once completed, you will then be ready to place your Recurring Order.
If you are new to Lifeway (never placed a Church Order) you will need to set up a church account and PIN for your church/organization to use for all online ordering. Attached is a copy of the credit application you will need to complete in order to set up a charge account for Lifeway. You can mail, email, or fax this application in for approval. To send in by email, please scan in your tax form, include your 10-Digit account number, and email to customeraccounts@Lifeway.com. The fax number is: 615-251-5935 and the mailing address is:

Once your application has been approved, your account is set up and your PIN is active you can click on Church Order Forms from www.Lifeway.com/ChurchOrdering/home
