Making changes to your Autoship subscription is easy, just follow these steps:
- Log in to my.lifeway.com.
- If you have multiple accounts, select the appropriate organization on the bottom left.
- Click on the Autoship tab in the left navigation.
- Click the name of the Autoship item you wish to edit, or click the blue View/Edit button.
- Click the pencil icon to edit ordering information like primary contact, payment method, frequency, and shipping address.
- Scroll down to edit the individual items.
