You can check the status of orders placed on www.Lifeway.com from your Orders if the purchase was made using a registered Lifeway.com account.
To view your Order History, go to my.Lifeway.com and sign in using the email address and password that the order was placed under. Once signed in, select “Orders” to view orders placed using a personal account.
If you are looking for an order placed using a Lifeway billing account for a church or organization, find and click your organization’s name from the main menu. (It’s listed under switch profiles or Linked Organizations.) Then go to “Order History” from the main menu.
